Ben Winter is an experienced attorney who has practiced in the Tampa Bay area for 17 years. He has served the Florida Bar as Chairman of the 13th Judicial Circuit Bar Grievance Committee.  He also serves as a Certified Circuit Civil mediator, available to mediate your civil or workers compensation dispute.  He is a member of the Florida Bar, St. Petersburg Bar Association and Hillsborough County Bar Association..

Local Representation
Mr. Winter is a native Floridian and has lived in St. Petersburg for 20 years.  He is a graduate of the University of Florida.  He earned his Juris Doctor, with Honors, from Stetson University College of Law, where he was also a member of Law Review.  He is a member of the St. Petersburg Suncoasters, and is an active member of First United Methodist Church, St. Petersburg.
